The 1-day workshop
- AUDIT: Figure out what data you already have, where it is and which skillsets you have to analyse it. Remember: data doesn’t have to be a giant database, it can be survey results or conversations.
- IDENTIFY: Spot the gaps and patterns. Are you attracting the best talent? What’s driving your gender gap? Is your churn rate higher in specific departments? Is your progression process skewed?
- UNDERSTAND: Dig deeper into what’s behind the gaps. What are the patterns across the employee journey? What can you learn from employee feedback? What are the themes of exit interviews?
- PRIORITISE: Make a practical, realistic plan on what you can change and where to start.
- MEASURE: Keep your teams accountable. Make sure your plan worked, if not, why not and how can you improve.
